Privacy policy
Controller within the meaning of the GDPR: Dimitri Rupp — Lumi-Systems.io, Arnikaweg 47a/3, 1220 Vienna, Austria. Contact: office@lumi-systems.io.
Principle
This website is a static information site. It sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content (fonts are served locally) and offers no registration. The only input option is the contact form (see below).
Hosting and server log files
The website runs on our own infrastructure rented from Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany/Finland, EU). When you visit the website, the web server technically processes connection data (IP address, date and time, requested resource, user agent). This data serves solely to ensure operational stability and security (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted automatically after a short period. It is not merged with other data sources.
Web analytics (Matomo, cookie-less)
For audience measurement this website uses a self-hosted Matomo instance (matomo.lumi-systems.io) in cookie-less mode: no cookies are set, no cross-device profiles are created, and IP addresses are truncated (anonymised) before storage. All data remains entirely on our own infrastructure and is not shared with third parties (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in statistical analysis of usage).
Contact form
When you use the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, subject, message) is processed solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The inquiry is stored as a ticket in our self-operated helpdesk system (Zammad, zammad.lumi-systems.io, EU data centre) and deleted after processing is completed, subject to statutory retention periods. It is not shared with third parties.
No disclosure, no third-country transfers
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties and is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights
You have the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Please direct requests to office@lumi-systems.io.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: dsb.gv.at.
